Terms & Conditions
The following are the Terms and Conditions for the use of this website and the purchase of products from ReynoldsTrading.ie (The Company). Use of this website constitutes your agreement to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.

Quotations & Pricing
Quotations are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue. The Company does retain the right to revise our prices at any time to reflect changes in our costs such as but not limited to: Materials, goods, carriage, labour, overheads, government taxes and exchange rates

Payment
We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. You may also pay ‘offline’ via Cheque, Bank Draft, Postal Order or Bank Transfer. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full. All products remain the property of The Company until payment is received in full.

Hamper and Gift Basket Contents
Every effort is made to strictly conform with the hamper description and quality. However in the event of a hamper item not being available from our local suppliers, we reserve the right to substitute the item for an upgraded product of equal or greater value.

Photographs
We have made all reasonable efforts to ensure each photograph accurately reflects the product being sold. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product’s appearance in the photograph and the item delivered due to manufacturing changes beyond our control. we retain full copyright to all Photos.

Unavailable Products
If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified as soon as possible and will have the option of 1) awaiting stock availability, 2) selecting an alternative gift or 3) being given a full refund.

Shipping
Your order is processed by The Company the moment it is received. Prices of individual items typically do not include delivery charges except where indicated. We employ third-party courier services to deliver your gifts and hampers. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 21 days.

For orders being shipped outside the Republic of Ireland, The Company cannot be held responsible for importation taxes/duty charges.

All address information must be accurate including the postcode where appropriate and the recipient’s telephone number. Where address disputes arise, Addresses are verified against An Post’s address correction service (http://correctaddress.anpost.ie/pages/Search.aspx). The Company cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if the recipient’s address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when the courier obtains receipt of the goods confirmation from any person at that address.

For orders requiring a signature upon delivery, it is the customer’s duty to ensure that someone will be at the address to sign for the order, which will be delivered by third party couriers. Where the courier is unable to find a person to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier and arrange to pick-up from the local depot or Post Office or agree an alternative delivery time or alternative location at the discretion of the courier. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to The Company and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing (perishable items such as cheese and fruit which have short shelf lives).

Where standard untracked postage is used to ship your order, no signature is required upon delivery. Standard posted orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days in Ireland; International usually within 3-15 business days. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. Non-deliveries can be reported after a period of 7 days within Ireland and 15 business days (3 weeks) for international orders.

Disclosure of Sender
When your order is shipped directly to a third party (i.e. the gift recipient), the Company may provide the recipient with contact details of sender (name, address & telephone). In the event the sender wishes to remain anonymous and requests same, the Company may remove this information from the parcel however in all cases will divulge sender’s contact details should the recipient request such information. This is to avoid nuisance correspondence and allows the recipient to decide whether they wish to keep the order.

Please see our full Returns Policy here. This Returns Policy is in accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EC). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Law
